Country Manager – Sales (Nepal)

About the role

The Country Manager – Sales for Nepal will lead ICT Distribution’s sales development, partner ecosystem and vendor alignment across Nepal. This senior position focuses on expanding the company’s footprint in the rapidly growing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Nepal’s annual sales plan and growth strategy, meeting revenue, profitability and channel expansion targets.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in enterprise, government, education and telecom sectors.
• Build and nurture a strong partner network of distributors, VARs, system integrators and MSPs, including onboarding, enablement and quarterly performance reviews.
• Maintain alignment with global vendors, supporting vendor‑led initiatives, new product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Engage key large accounts, support high‑value tenders and proposals, and provide customer insights to guide product strategy and pricing.
• Monitor market shifts, regulatory updates and competitive movements, recommending new opportunities and vendor additions.
• Deliver structured sales reports, forecasts and pipeline visibility to APAC leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of sales experience in Nepal’s ICT or technology distribution sector.
• Strong network with local distributors and enterprise decision‑makers.
