About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our Kathmandu corporate office and drive growth for our lubricants and automotive product lines. The role focuses on generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and delivering results through a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Develop new business from both new and existing customer accounts.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior‑level executives.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers.

Required profile

  • 2‑5 years of quota‑carrying sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently over‑achieving sales targets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and willing to travel for client meetings.
  • Experience in the lubricants or automotive sector is preferred.

Required skills

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
