Field-Based Sales & Marketing Officer

About the role

Niyantara Supply Chain Management is seeking a motivated Field-Based Sales & Marketing Officer to expand its client base across the Kathmandu Valley. You will represent the company on-site, promoting a full suite of logistics and supply‑chain services while building lasting relationships with businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential clients such as factories, importers, exporters, and trading companies.
• Generate new leads, conduct presentations, and convert prospects into customers.
• Promote freight forwarding, customs clearance, cargo, courier, sourcing, and logistics solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the Operations team for service proposals.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and business opportunities.
• Maintain daily field‑visit and sales activity reports.
• Achieve monthly sales and business‑development targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, logistics or freight forwarding (freshers with strong sales ability are welcome).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client visits.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
