Head of Growth – Nepal, India & Global Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Growth to lead our go‑to‑market and commercial expansion across Nepal, India and selected global markets. This senior leadership position will own the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success functions, driving demand, revenue and customer adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM and growth strategy for multiple regions.
• Build, lead and scale Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
• Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, product adoption, retention and expansion.
• Design sales strategies for enterprises, MSMEs, institutions and strategic partners.
• Oversee brand positioning, demand‑generation campaigns, partnerships, events and product education.
• Ensure effective onboarding, account management and customer success processes.
• Identify new market opportunities and forge strategic partnerships.
• Set growth targets, manage pipelines, forecasts, KPIs and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with founders to assess opportunities, risks and resource needs.
• Create scalable GTM playbooks adaptable to India and other global markets.

Required profile

• 7–12 years of experience in growth, sales, marketing, business development or related fields.
• At least 3 years leading a commercial function, team or business unit.
• Proven track record building or scaling GTM strategies and commercial teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Nepali.
• Willingness to travel across Nepal and occasionally to India and other markets.
• Strong interest in AI, technology and emerging digital products.
