Head of PEB & Product Sales

About the role

Hulas Infra, a fast‑growing pre‑engineered building specialist in Nepal, is looking for a Head of PEB & Product Sales to lead its sales function from Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape the sales strategy, drive business development, and manage key client relationships to meet revenue and margin targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the sales strategy for pre‑engineered buildings and related products.
• Identify new market opportunities, monitor trends, and prepare competitive proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to achieve shared goals.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to deliver accurate solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and manage key accounts.
• Report sales performance, pipeline status, and competitive activity to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales and sales management within infrastructure, construction, or related industries.
• Strong account management experience with long‑term client relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a sales team.
• Advanced analytical capability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu and travel for client meetings and project visits.
