Head of Sales & Marketing

About the role

The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead revenue growth, market expansion and brand visibility for a healthcare diagnostics business. Reporting to senior management, the role oversees strategy, execution and partnership development across four core verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale collection centre networks, franchise models and High‑Level Medical partnerships, negotiating commercial terms and monitoring performance.
• Develop doctor engagement programmes, medico‑marketing activities and specialty test sales, while leading field sales teams with territory targets.
• Acquire and manage corporate health‑check contracts, lead tendering, empanelment and RFP processes for banks, pharma, factories and government bodies.
• Plan and execute BTL initiatives such as health camps and CMEs, ensuring lead capture, data quality and conversion into walk‑ins or corporate tie‑ups.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts—including website, SEO, paid campaigns and social media—to generate and convert B2C and B2B leads, tracking ROI and cost per acquisition.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• 10–12 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in laboratory or healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of healthcare/laboratory market dynamics and client relationship management.
