Head of Strategic Partnerships & Brand Solutions

About the role

Chef Nepal is expanding its commercial footprint and seeks a senior leader to drive strategic partnerships and brand‑solution initiatives across its multimedia ecosystem. The Head of Strategic Partnerships & Brand Solutions will own the end‑to‑end process of identifying, negotiating, and closing revenue‑generating collaborations with FMCG, consumer, hospitality, and financial brands.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with FMCG companies, consumer brands, SMEs, hospitality groups, and financial institutions.
• Build and nurture relationships with brand managers, marketing heads, advertising and media agencies, and business owners.
• Present and sell annual strategic partnership packages, creating customized brand solutions that leverage Chef Nepal’s digital platforms, TV/YouTube content, podcasts, chef community, events, and hospitality network.
• Generate sponsorship and branded‑content opportunities for Chef Nepal productions and develop category partnerships such as Official Spice Partner, Banking Partner, Appliance Partner, and Dairy Partner.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, lead negotiations, proposals, and commercial closures.
• Collaborate closely with content and production teams to translate brand objectives into effective campaigns.
• Track partnership performance, renewals, revenue, and client satisfaction, and represent Chef Nepal at industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in partnership development, brand sponsorship sales, or FMCG marketing.
• Strong network within advertising agencies, media buyers, and hospitality sectors.
• Revenue‑focused mindset with a track record of closing high‑value deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
