Human Resource Manager

About the role

The Human Resource Manager will lead all HR functions within the corporate office, aligning people strategies with business objectives. This senior role works closely with senior management and department heads to foster a positive, productive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor HR policies, procedures and strategies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including manpower planning, job postings, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, transfers, promotions, resignations and exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer attendance, leave, performance evaluations and disciplinary processes.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters professionally.
• Promote employee engagement, teamwork and a positive corporate culture.
• Design and coordinate training, learning and professional development programs.
• Coordinate payroll information, benefits, compensation and other HR administrative activities.
• Prepare and submit HR reports, workforce updates and management dashboards.
• Advise senior management on workforce trends, employee issues and organizational development.
• Lead and supervise the HR team to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Support restructuring, policy improvements, change‑management initiatives and strategic HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience, including managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and HR operations.
• Good understanding of labor laws and employment regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HR management systems.
