Human Resources Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to support our HR team in a variety of administrative and recruitment activities. This role provides hands‑on experience in employee onboarding, documentation, and day‑to‑day HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, including interview coordination and documentation.
• Coordinate probation period reviews and follow up with employees, supervisors, and heads of departments.
• Maintain and update employee personal profiles, records, and HR documentation.
• Prepare and update MIS reports and records as assigned, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Support employee insurance enrollment, claims processing, and related email coordination.
• Prepare routine HR letters and documents such as appointment letters, SSF release letters, and experience letters.
• Assist in PF/SSF enrollment and related administrative processes.
• Coordinate employee exit clearance with employees, heads of departments, and relevant units.
• Help create employee engagement and communication materials (festival greetings, work anniversaries, birthdays, welcome messages, vacancy announcements).
• Assist in monthly attendance reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Manage monthly CUG SIM renewal process.
• Liaise with printing vendors for visiting cards, employee ID cards, and other HR‑related printing needs.
• Perform other HR‑related administrative tasks as required by the immediate supervisor or HOD.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or completed a BBA, BBM, or BBS degree.
• Fresher (no prior professional experience required).
• Proficiency in MS Office.
