Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead the full recruitment cycle, manage employee relations, and oversee day‑to‑day office administration. The role combines strategic HR functions with operational support to ensure a compliant, efficient, and engaging workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, onboarding and induction.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
• Administer attendance, leave, transfers, resignations and exit processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures and the Nepal Labor Act.
• Handle employee‑relations issues, support conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.
• Assist with performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct orientation sessions and support training programs.
• Prepare HR reports while safeguarding confidential information.
• Oversee office administration, coordinate with internal departments, manage supplies, vendors and maintenance.
• Maintain company documents, reports and operational records, and support management with administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment and office administration.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee lifecycle management, attendance and leave administration, and employee relations.
• Good understanding of the Nepal Labor Act and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with a focus on confidentiality.
