About the role

Herboearth is looking for a friendly and creative professional to manage the front desk while also producing engaging marketing content. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time position blends administrative support with digital communication tasks to help showcase the company’s pure‑oil products.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors, answer phone calls and manage appointment scheduling.
• Maintain organized records, handle mail and coordinate basic office activities.
• Create written product descriptions, draft social‑media posts and assist in developing marketing materials.
• Support brand communication and promotional campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
• Represent Herboearth professionally to clients, partners and guests.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for front‑desk interactions.
• Basic administrative and organizational skills, including record‑keeping and scheduling.
• Interest in natural products, wellness and a willingness to learn about pure oils.
• Prior experience in reception, customer service or content creation is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic design tools for visual content creation.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
