Regional / Area / Territory Sales Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

We are looking for a driven sales professional to grow the Xiaomi MI Home Appliances brand across Nepal. The role involves driving sales growth, managing dealer and client relationships, and expanding market presence within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and clients.
• Conduct market analysis and sales forecasting to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely order processing, stock availability, and after‑sales support at the dealer level.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using MS Excel.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Represent the brand professionally in the field.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree completed, or currently pursuing a Master's.
• 4–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in market analysis and forecasting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must own a 2‑wheeler with a valid driving license.
