Regional/Area/Territory Sales Manager – Home Appliances

About the role

Tele Direct Pvt. Ltd., the exclusive distributor of Xiaomi MI Home Appliances in Nepal, is looking for dynamic sales professionals to lead its growth in the home‑appliances segment. The positions cover Regional Sales Manager (Kathmandu), Area Sales Managers (Biratnagar, Birgunj) and Territory Sales Officer (Butwal). You will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing dealer relationships and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of smartphones, TVs, air‑conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines and smart home devices in the designated area.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers and end‑customers.
• Conduct market analysis, forecast demand and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely order processing, stock availability and after‑sales support at dealer level.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed (or pursuing Master’s).
• 4–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in electronics or home‑appliances.
• Strong client‑relationship management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Own a two‑wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
