About the role
The Robotics Trainer will join STEM Sikshya’s on‑site team in Kathmandu to deliver engaging robotics classes and workshops for school‑age learners. This full‑time position focuses on hands‑on, project‑based learning that aligns with the company’s curriculum and “learning by doing” philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver robotics‑focused lessons, workshops, and demonstrations.
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot robotics labs and equipment.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate session schedules with school staff and monitor student progress.
- Provide feedback to improve teaching content and report on student engagement.
Required profile
- Strong instructional and classroom‑management abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration with educators, administrators, and students.
- Comfort with basic coding concepts and an interest in AI and emerging educational technologies.
