Sales & Business Development Manager – Vehicle Rental

About the role

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our scooter rental platform in Kathmandu. The role combines sales leadership, partnership development and oversight of the rental management system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a scooter rental management system covering customers, contracts, bookings, payments and fleet operations.
• Maximize fleet utilization while minimizing idle scooters.
• Identify and establish rental stations across the Kathmandu Valley based on market demand.
• Drive sales, acquire customers, secure B2B partnerships and expand business.
• Manage pricing, revenue, operating costs, margins and overall profitability.
• Create commercially viable rental packages, contracts and partnership models.
• Monitor fleet, station, sales and profitability performance and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure fleet availability and service efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong skills in sales strategy, commercial management, negotiation and business development.
• Experience in fleet or rental operations, or technology‑driven businesses.
