Sales Executive – FMCG (Kathmandu)

About the role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Brij Himalayan Spring bottled water across Kathmandu and surrounding territories. The role focuses on building relationships with distributors, retailers, HORECA and corporate clients to achieve monthly and annual targets while promoting the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, HORECA, corporate clients and modern trade channels.
• Identify potential customers, convert leads into sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets and key accounts.
• Negotiate terms, pricing and contracts, and handle order processing and invoicing.
• Coordinate with the supply chain for timely deliveries and monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Execute sales promotions, branding activities and in‑store activations, and prepare regular sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in FMCG, beverage or water industry preferred.
