Sales Executive – SaaS/VoIP (Evening & Night Shifts)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS/VoIP company seeking motivated Sales Executives to own the full customer journey, from first contact to partnership. The role is available on both evening (3 pm‑11 pm) and night (11 pm‑7 am) shifts, offering you the chance to develop a complete SaaS sales skillset in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage leads and existing clients via phone, chat, and email throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Run proactive outbound campaigns to qualify new business and uncover specific user needs.
• Deliver product demonstrations, guide trial periods, and help teams select the optimal communication solution.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex requests and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Lead revenue‑focused projects that improve the overall sales operation.
