Sales Executive – SaaS/VoIP (Evening & Night Shifts)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS/VoIP company seeking motivated Sales Executives to own the full customer journey, from first contact to partnership. This position offers evening and night shift options, allowing you to work flexible hours while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Connect with leads and clients via phone, chat, and email to nurture relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Execute proactive outbound campaigns to qualify new business and identify specific user needs.
• Conduct product walk‑throughs and guide trial periods to help teams select the optimal communication solution.
• Navigate tough conversations, resolve objections, and move opportunities toward a closed‑won status.
• Manage follow‑up sequences to keep the sales pipeline active and ensure timely communication.
• Maintain clean, accurate records of all sales activities and buyer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex requests and deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
• Lead revenue‑focused projects that help scale the overall sales operation.

Required profile
