Sales Manager – EV Bus Segment

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead growth and market expansion for the EV Bus business in Nepal. Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you will develop sales strategies, manage institutional and fleet customers, and strengthen dealer and channel networks to meet revenue and volume targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets, driving institutional, corporate, fleet, government and project‑based sales.
• Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor activity and devise strategies for market penetration and expansion.
• Manage key accounts, lead negotiations, coordinate quotations, proposals, demonstrations and deliveries to ensure a professional customer experience.
• Lead, coach and monitor Sales Officers and Area Sales Managers, set individual targets and ensure effective territory coverage.
• Prepare sales forecasts, track leads and conversions, maintain accurate CRM/MIS data and provide regular management reports.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Aftersales, Finance, Logistics and Service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in automobile, commercial vehicle, fleet, EV or B2B sales with managerial responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team, achieve business targets and manage key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of sales planning, market development, negotiation and customer relationship management.
