Sales & Marketing Officer (BPO & Call Center)

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Sales & Marketing Officer to lead sales initiatives and oversee marketing activities that drive business growth for its BPO and call‑center services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and business development for BPO, call center and outsourcing services.
• Lead and supervise the Sales team to achieve revenue targets, set targets and monitor performance.
• Lead and supervise the Marketing team, coordinate campaigns and ensure lead handover.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, including proposals and negotiations.
• Identify new market opportunities, monitor trends and provide intelligence to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in BPO, Call Center or Outsourcing.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a Sales or Marketing team (preferred).
• Proven ability in lead generation, B2B sales, client acquisition and pipeline management.
• Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns and lead‑generation activities.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, commercially aware and results‑focused.
