Sales & Marketing Representative – Aesthetic Clinic

About the role

VITÀVIE Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Clinic is seeking a friendly, proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to manage client inquiries, support daily bookings, and promote its innovative aesthetic and anti‑aging services. This full‑time, on‑site position in Kathmandu focuses on building strong client relationships and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Meet prospective and existing clients, explain services and technologies, and respond to inquiries.
• Provide high‑quality customer support and assist with daily clinic bookings.
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns, including product demonstrations and training sessions.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and expand brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and provide feedback for marketing strategy improvement.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
• Proven customer‑service experience focused on client satisfaction and long‑term relationship building.
• Demonstrated sales capabilities, including lead generation, follow‑up, and closing deals.
• Experience delivering training or product/service demonstrations.
• Foundational sales & marketing knowledge and basic promotional activities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing client data.
• Competence in spreadsheet applications for tracking sales metrics.
