Sales Officer – CPVC Pipes & Fittings

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer to drive growth for a fast‑expanding CPVC pipes and fittings business in Kathmandu. The role involves building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, contractors and other channel partners while expanding market presence across assigned territories.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CPVC pipes and fittings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, contractors and builders.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits, generate leads and visit existing customers to understand their needs.
• Promote product features effectively and monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, payments and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain daily sales and field‑visit reports.
• Support expansion of the dealer and distribution network and ensure proper market coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in CPVC/PVC pipes & fittings, building materials, plumbing products or related construction sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable with extensive field travel.
• Two‑wheeler ownership and a valid driving licence are preferred.
• Candidates with an existing network among dealers, plumbers, contractors or hardware stores are a plus.
