Sales Officer – CPVC Pipes & Fittings

About the role

We are seeking result‑oriented Sales Officers to drive the sales of CPVC pipes and fittings for a leading plumbing and building‑materials company in Nepal. The role involves developing dealer and distributor networks, managing project sales, and expanding market presence across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, plumbers, contractors and project clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and customers.
• Promote CPVC pipes, fittings and related plumbing products.
• Generate leads from construction projects, builders, consultants and institutions.
• Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
• Coordinate orders, stock, payments and deliveries with distributors/dealers.
• Follow up on project requirements, convert leads into sales and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback and sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• For mid‑level: 2–4 years of sales experience in CPVC/PVC pipes, plumbing products, sanitaryware, hardware, steel or construction materials.
• For senior‑level: 5 + years of relevant sales experience with proven ability to achieve targets and develop new business.
• Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor sales, channel development and project sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
