Sales Officer – Drive Revenue and Customer Growth

About the role

The Sales Officer will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue, expand market presence, and enhance customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Sales Manager and General Manager, you will generate leads, nurture client relationships, and drive the achievement of sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Conduct market visits, client meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and sales agreements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their satisfaction.
• Follow up on inquiries, leads and pending sales.
• Negotiate prices, contracts and payment terms.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing or customer service is preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
