Sales Officer - Inbound Tour & Correspondence

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Officer to manage inbound tour sales and client correspondence for a leading Nepalese travel agency. The role combines contract negotiation, product design, and coordination with operations to deliver bespoke travel experiences for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate and manage contracts with travel partners, hotels, and suppliers.
• Design and customize tour products for diverse international market segments.
• Create bespoke itineraries and travel packages that match client preferences.
• Independently handle MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) tours.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless communication.
• Lead and coordinate with operations and reservations teams.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Travel & Tourism (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound/outbound tour sales or correspondence.
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with a proactive attitude.
• Organized, punctual, and systematic in task management.
• Good knowledge of regional and international destinations such as Tibet, Bhutan, India, etc.
