About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Executive to drive our FMCG brand’s growth in the Golfutar area of Kathmandu. The role involves managing distributor and retailer networks, achieving sales targets, and ensuring product visibility across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets and drive territory growth.
  • Manage and expand distributor and retailer networks.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in FMCG sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG market and sales territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Target‑oriented, proactive, and result‑driven attitude.
  • Valid two‑wheeler license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
