About the role

SunnyData is looking for an experienced Tech Recruiter to join our fast‑growing startup. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for technical talent, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience while supporting our people operations in Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract top tech professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and talent pools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting to offer negotiation.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for technical competence, cultural fit, and potential.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
• Stay up‑to‑date with technology trends and competitive recruiting strategies.
• Handle high‑volume hiring across multiple roles simultaneously.
• Support onboarding, off‑boarding, and general HR activities for the Nepal office.

Required profile

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in tech or startup environments.
• Strong knowledge of tech industry roles such as Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Solutions Architects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proactive, results‑driven attitude and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
