Finance Manager

About the role

Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading BPO in Lalitpur, Nepal, is seeking a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations, reporting, budgeting and compliance. The role supports senior management with data‑driven insights for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day financial and accounting operations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports and analyses.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow plans.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, expenses and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax, statutory and regulatory reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Identify cost‑control opportunities and monitor company expenses.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities and other external stakeholders.
• Establish effective financial controls and procedures.
• Provide performance insights and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Good understanding of Nepalese tax and statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
