Medical Analyst

About the role

The Medical Analyst will review and synthesize detailed medical documentation to produce clear, chronological summaries that support our clients’ legal and financial processes. This role bridges clinical expertise with analytical precision, ensuring that complex trauma cases are accurately represented.

Key responsibilities

• Examine extensive medical records, billing statements, and treatment histories for accuracy and completeness.
• Draft highly accurate, chronological medical summaries that highlight injury severity and care trajectories.
• Identify missing records or gaps in treatment and flag them for the Records Acquisition team.

Required profile

• Clinical background with the ability to translate dense medical jargon into clear narratives.
• Understanding of the physical and financial impact of trauma.
• Medical professionals such as doctors, registered nurses, or medical officers, preferably with experience in trauma, emergency medicine, or orthopaedics.

Required skills

• Analytical rigor – capacity to process large volumes of raw information and extract critical data points.
• Trainability – willingness to learn proprietary templates and study top‑tier US legal examples.
• Process‑oriented mindset – ability to work within a structured workflow that integrates with internal software.
