Multi-Destination Counsellor

About the role

The Multi-Destination Counsellor will guide prospective students through the entire study‑abroad journey, helping them select the right university, course, and country. This role is based in Kathmandu and involves close collaboration with international partners and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalised counselling on study‑abroad options and suitable destinations.
• Assess students' academic records, career goals, finances, and eligibility.
• Recommend universities, programmes, and countries such as the UK, Australia, Canada, USA and others.
• Manage the full application cycle from initial advice to offer acceptance and visa processing.
• Deliver accurate information on admissions, scholarships, fees and visa requirements.
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow‑up with students throughout the process.
• Coordinate with university representatives, admissions teams and internal departments.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets and keep precise student records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in international education or study‑abroad counselling.
• Strong knowledge of multiple study destinations, especially the UK, Australia, Canada and the USA.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven student counselling and follow‑up skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet recruitment goals.
• Good understanding of university application and admission processes.
• Experience with CRM or application portals is an advantage.
