Student Support Officer – Front Office & Services

About the role

The Student Support Officer is the first point of contact for students at AIP Education. Working the morning shift from 7:00 AM at the New Baneshwor office, you will support existing students through their application journey, handle enquiries for test‑preparation classes, and ensure the front‑office runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist students with application follow‑ups, document collection, status updates and coordination with destination desks.
• Manage enquiries and admissions for IELTS Academic, PTE Academic and SAT preparation, from initial contact to enrolment.
• Greet walk‑ins, understand their needs and direct them to the appropriate counsellor.
• Maintain accurate student records and enrolment data.
• Oversee the computer lab and library, including access control, scheduling and resource upkeep.
• Keep student‑facing areas of the office organised and presentable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in any discipline.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Nepali.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patient and calm in a busy environment.
• Organised, dependable and honest with information.
• Prior experience in education consultancy, front office or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Ability to learn and use a CRM system.
