Ticketing Officer

About the role

Raintree Tours and Travel Private Limited is seeking a full‑time Ticketing Officer to join its Kathmandu office. The role involves managing daily ticket sales and reservations for both domestic and international travel, ensuring accurate bookings and timely ticket issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Process ticket sales and reservations, maintaining precise booking details.
• Assist customers in selecting travel options, explaining fares, schedules and policies.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to confirm availability and rates.
• Update the booking system, handle changes, cancellations and maintain clear transaction records.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to support promotional activities and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Required profile

• Strong ticketing and reservations experience, preferably in travel or airline sectors.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Sales orientation with ability to promote travel options and upsell services.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu.
