Account Executive – IT Solutions Sales

About the role

The Account Executive will join ITTI Computer World’s sales team in Kathmandu, driving growth with retail and corporate clients. You will understand client IT needs and recommend appropriate hardware and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and follow up on leads.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and conduct product presentations.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and participate in promotional activities.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management abilities, including lead generation, relationship building, negotiation and deal closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of laptops, computers, networking products and related IT solutions.
• Organizational and analytical skills for pipeline management, documentation and data‑driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (preferred) and prior experience in IT product sales or corporate account management (highly beneficial).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Kathmandu, meet sales targets and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and a customer‑focused mindset.
