Account Executive

About the role

The Account Executive will be based in Kathmandu and act as the primary point of contact for client accounts. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships, delivering tailored engineering solutions, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals and vouchers for client projects.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Track project progress, maintain documentation and update CRM records.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales presentations and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow‑ups.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong account management and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency in sales, negotiation and basic business development within engineering or technical services.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Nepali.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field; relevant experience in industrial or engineering solutions is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts on‑site.
• Integrity, customer‑focused mindset and willingness to learn technical products.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic CRM or database tools for reporting and record keeping.
