About the role

Engineers Without Borders Nepal is looking for a motivated Admin Officer to support its humanitarian engineering mission. This full‑time position offers a mid‑level professional the chance to contribute to development projects that improve community lives across Nepal.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day administrative functions to ensure smooth organisational operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and record‑keeping for project activities and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate logistics, schedule meetings, and prepare materials for project teams.
  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, partners, and beneficiaries.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Required profile

  • Mid‑level experience with a strong administrative background.
  • Passion for development work and humanitarian impact.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
