AI Video Marketer

About the role

We are seeking an AI Video Marketer to design, launch, and optimise paid‑ad and organic campaigns that capture attention, generate demand, and support rapid company growth. The role is on‑site in Battisputali, Kathmandu and requires 1–3 years of hands‑on marketing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Develop ad angles, offers, audience targeting, and briefs aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and implement improvements.
• Translate performance insights into more effective ads, landing‑page concepts, and future campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain a steady pipeline of testable video content.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience in marketing, paid‑ads, or both.
• Ability to present past campaigns, explain personal contributions, and share measurable outcomes (leads, sales, CPA, ROAS, reach, growth).
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, creative testing, and performance metrics.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Prior experience in content creation, writing, editing, or design is a strong plus.
