Area Growth Manager - Beverage

About the role

The Area Growth Manager – Beverage will lead market expansion and sales growth for beverage brands within a defined territory in Kathmandu. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on increasing sales volumes, enhancing brand visibility, and building strong relationships with retail and distribution partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute area‑level growth strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure effective product placement, promotions, and campaigns.
• Conduct regular field visits, gather market intelligence, and prepare performance reports and forecasts for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in FMCG or beverage sectors.
• Experience in area sales management, trade marketing, or business development.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market data and drive data‑based decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
