Bakery Cafe and Factory Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bakery Cafe and Factory Manager to lead the full spectrum of our bakery production, café outlets and related business activities. The role combines operational oversight, staff leadership and sales development to ensure high‑quality products and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production schedules, raw material usage and product quality, adjusting output to meet demand.
• Direct daily café and outlet operations, handle customer feedback and ensure staff performance.
• Foster a positive work environment, supervise staff scheduling, attendance and performance reviews.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase retail, café, online and B2B sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality ingredients and favorable terms.
• Track sales against targets, set daily/weekly/monthly goals and report to management.
• Implement cost‑effective inventory controls to minimise waste and reduce expenses.
• Coordinate with the accounts team on daily sales, expenses and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards and establish SOPs for production and café operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing bakery or café operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Practical knowledge of bakery production, inventory management and cost control.
• Proven track record of improving sales, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
