About the role
Zestora Café is seeking an enthusiastic Barista & Café Food Associate to join its team in Pulchowk. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality coffee drinks and preparing light café fare while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to company standards.
- Make sandwiches, wraps, and other light food items for the café menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and dining space.
- Provide friendly, prompt customer service and handle transactions.
- Ensure consistency and quality in every product served.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Experience in assembling sandwiches or wraps.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Punctual, responsible and eager to learn.
