Branch Associate – Nuwakot

About the role

The Branch Associate will oversee daily operations at the Nuwakot branch, ensuring smooth coordination between riders, regional managers, and delivery hubs. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy, cash‑on‑delivery (COD) integrity, and timely parcel delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with riders and the Regional Manager.
• Conduct daily inventory tallies and report status.
• Verify COD collections, resolve discrepancies, and flag risks.
• Monitor rider and branch performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Analyze weekly costs versus revenue and prepare payment reports.
• Ensure same‑day delivery of received goods and proper documentation for undelivered items.
• Perform daily Proof of Delivery (POD) checks.
• Lead regular huddles with riders to address operational issues.
• Travel to any location as needed to support branch operations.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and make data‑driven decisions.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
