Branch Incharge – Dental Clinic Operations Manager

About the role

The Branch Incharge will lead the day‑to‑day operations of Samaj Dental Hospital’s clinic, ensuring smooth patient flow, high‑quality care, and efficient use of resources. This full‑time position requires strong leadership and coordination with dental professionals and support staff.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinic operations and staff performance.
• Ensure proper functioning of dental equipment, X‑ray, autoclave, compressor and other facilities.
• Manage patient appointments, online bookings and related communications.
• Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters, work schedules and leave plans.
• Verify patient records, billing entries and software data for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of dental materials, instruments and essential supplies.
• Handle daily bank deposits and coordinate with the Accounts Department for audits.
• Oversee infection‑control, sterilisation and cleaning procedures.
• Compile daily patient flow and collection reports for management.
• Organise dental camps, coordinate with external institutions and follow up post‑event.
