About the role
The Brand Manager will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL and digital channels. This role supports brand growth in fast‑moving consumer goods, healthcare and related sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL and digital marketing activities.
- Manage social media, digital campaigns, content creation and brand communication.
- Coordinate events, activations, promotional campaigns and retail/pharmacy branding.
- Collaborate with designers, agencies, vendors and the sales team.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis and prepare campaign performance reports.
- Support development of healthcare/product branding and promotional materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Communication or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in brand management or marketing.
- Experience preferably within FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; running a business is encouraged.
