Business Analyst Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst Intern to support our commercial real‑estate brokerage operations. This three‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in data analysis, financial evaluation, and client‑facing deliverables while you complete your degree.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data analysis, reporting, and record‑keeping to support business and brokerage activities.
• Assist with financial analysis, underwriting, and evaluation of commercial real‑estate opportunities.
• Conduct property, market, ownership, tenant, and transaction research.
• Prepare property valuations, valuation reports, and other analytical materials.
• Create and coordinate reports, presentations, and deliverables for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage, organize, and follow up on leads and prospective business opportunities.
• Support brokers with prospecting, business development, and transaction‑related activities.
• Maintain accurate property, contact, lead, and transaction data in internal systems.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of client requests and projects.
• Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc analysis as business needs evolve.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program (4th semester or later).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
• Proven multitasking, prioritisation, and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised, and adaptable with a willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
