Operations Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Officer to manage the day‑to‑day activities of Sallyan House. The successful candidate will ensure smooth property operations by coordinating maintenance, handling banking tasks, supervising vendors and staff, and quickly resolving any operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and vendor services.
• Manage banking activities, including deposits, payments, and official transactions.
• Ensure timely payment of utilities, service charges, and operational expenses.
• Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility management to maintain high standards.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and arrange procurement as needed.
• Handle administrative documentation, records, invoices, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve operational issues.
• Assist management in improving processes and implementing new procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration, property or facility management.
• Experience with banking procedures and administrative documentation preferred.
• Possession of a two‑wheeler and a valid two‑wheeler driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
