Sales Agent – Real Estate

About the role

Jimmal Group is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to join its Kathmandu office. The role involves connecting property owners, buyers and tenants, guiding them through the entire transaction process and delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients for buying, selling or renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email and digital channels.
• Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings and transactions using CRM or other tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth hand‑over and follow‑up.
• Stay updated on local market trends, regulations and Jimmal’s property portfolio.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional business or marketing education is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of on‑ground sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage time effectively and handle multiple client interactions.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and teamwork mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems or basic digital lead‑tracking tools.
• Basic knowledge of the Kathmandu real‑estate market.
