Business Development Associate – Website & Digital Marketing

About the role

Delta Creation is looking for a confident, high‑energy Business Development Associate to drive client growth for its website design and digital marketing services across the Kathmandu Valley. You will combine face‑to‑face networking with smart market research and AI‑assisted tools to position the company as a premier digital partner.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in‑person client meetings, presentations and sales pitches with business owners and managers.
• Build, nurture and maintain long‑term client relationships through regular follow‑ups and proactive account management.
• Represent Delta Creation at local exhibitions, trade fairs, networking events and business hubs to increase visibility.
• Log, track and manage leads, meeting notes and deal stages using CRM tools to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
• Research local industries, prospective clients and competitors to create strong prospect lists.
• Utilise generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to analyse target businesses, draft custom proposals and prepare tailored pitch decks.
• Drive sales conversations from initial contact to deal closure, negotiating confidently and expanding the company’s portfolio.
• Gather client feedback during visits to help shape service packages and competitive edge.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in direct sales, client acquisition or business development.
• Strong face‑to‑face communication, negotiation and presentation skills in English and Nepali.
• High self‑confidence, professional presence and a proactive mindset.
• Basic understanding of website development, social media and digital marketing services.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Kathmandu Valley.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary of NPR 20,000 – NPR 30,000 (based on experience).
