Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and creative Business Development Officer to drive growth through client acquisition, digital marketing, and content creation. The role combines sales outreach with the development of engaging online content to strengthen our presence in the travel and online marketing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet sales and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote the company’s products and services across online and offline channels.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Plan, schedule, and manage social media content calendars.
• Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing and promotional activities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and networking events.
• Perform other business development and marketing‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, digital marketing or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, creative and result‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
• Content creation and basic graphic design using tools such as Canva.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and internet applications.
