Business Head – 3‑Wheeler Automobile Segment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Head to drive the performance of our 3‑Wheeler automobile segment. You will lead commercial strategy, align sales with manufacturing, and ensure high customer satisfaction within a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end business performance, including sales, customer retention and market execution.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, quality, sales and service teams to guarantee product readiness and timely delivery.
• Develop and implement dealer/channel management, promotional and demand‑generation strategies.
• Monitor orders, dispatches, inventory, collections, warranty and returns, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee pricing, quotations and proposals while protecting margins.
• Lead regular performance reviews, forecasting, reporting and action planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of senior commercial or business leadership experience in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record in commercial planning, sales execution and cross‑functional team leadership.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing‑to‑market operations, demand forecasting, inventory and dispatch planning.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and influence stakeholders.
