Business Head - Tractor Division

About the role

The Business Head for the Tractor Division will lead sales teams and dealer networks across Nepal, driving growth in commercial, industrial and institutional markets. This proactive leader will identify new opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and ensure the division meets its revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and market‑coverage plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, industrial and institutional sectors.
• Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and dealers.
• Conduct technical presentations and deliver value‑based selling solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analyses for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after‑sales support.
• Travel extensively across Nepal for client meetings and business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven expertise in technical and value‑based selling.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of diesel generator sets and their applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English and Nepali.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Nepal.
