Business Operations Executive

About the role

SamOira is seeking a proactive Business Operations Executive to keep the day‑to‑day activities of its beauty and personal‑care business running smoothly. You will act as the central hub for sales, inventory, customer orders, marketing campaigns and retail partnerships, turning priorities into completed actions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily business operations and priorities across multiple functions.
• Monitor sales performance, customer orders, inventory levels and product availability.
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Technology, Product and Operations teams.
• Follow up with retailers, distributors, marketplaces and other business partners.
• Support the execution of campaigns, product launches, promotions and seasonal bundles.
• Track customer feedback, complaints, returns and delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate business records, trackers and weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyse basic sales, inventory and operational data to spot gaps and delays.
• Identify operational problems and coordinate timely solutions.
• Ensure tasks have clear owners, deadlines and proper follow‑up.
• Assist management in implementing operational priorities and improving processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in business operations, sales coordination, retail, e‑commerce, FMCG or consumer products.
• Experience in beauty, personal‑care or consumer brands is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
